Cia as in the other Z-fighters. And yeah the timeline there still doesn't make much sense to me. EDIT:  I somehow took it as a bad joke lol |

Besides the only thing don't make sense for me (and now I'm talking the last movie - Fukkatsu no F) is in Majin Buu Saga we see Frieza in his final form next to Cell and the movie we see Frieza in mecha form inside a cocoon

DBKai does retain filler because it only cuts out as much filler from DBZ as possible while still keeping a good flow for the story. In the manga, we never see Hell.
