Just a reminder for everyone to make preparations for DLC3. Remember you should always have copies of your downloaded mods in a separate folder. When the game updates it usually replaces your modded data files with new files, deleting your active mods in the process.
Once the game updates, the first thing you should do is make backups of the updated data files so you can have a clean state to start with if a mod breaks your game in the future. They usually do not update anything in the main data.cpk, but it's always good practice to check it's modified date to see if it has any update. Or if in doubt, back up that as well.
Next step is to unpack any newly updated data cpk and put your mods into that new unpacked file, then re-pack it. For example, if you already have an old data2 folder that you unpacked before the update, and the new update makes any changes to data2.cpk, you MUST unpack this new data2 and add your mods there, then repack and use this new data2.cpk.
To the mods. I know this is pretty much repeating what has been said countless times but I prefer to have this here and maybe at least guide someone before they flood the help forums with already known stuff.
Stay safe.
UPDATE Changed data files: Data2.cpk, Datap1.cpk ADDED DATA FILE: Datap3.cpk

Already know to prepare for DLC 3 after my issue with DLC 1. Replaced my modded CPK with the untouched one and deleted both my data2root and DataBackup (the place I keep the data2 and data1 data) folders.

I'm considering uninstalling the whole Xenoverse game, then do a clean instalation. What I wonder is if after installing the main game I will have to install again all the updates, or if installing directly DLC3 will also install datap1 and datap2 as well. Usually the updated files overwrite previous versions, so if I can skip and install the last DLC directly, it would save some time. It happened with the latest movies outfit update.

Yet I don't want to download the DLC because I haven't seen the movie that will only be shown on the cinemas in June 18th (in Brazil at least) plus I don't want to get spoiled. Holding yourself sucks in moments like this.
damn T^T
(I was kinda aware already that I'll have to extract and pack the mods I have again but thanks for reminding us of that)

The ONE way to not see DLC 3 stuff at all is to play fully offline(Steam set to offline mode). Hard to do in Steam as you will want to go online for other stuff. BUT, even if you update, you won't have access to the PQs and the characters if you have not purchased the dlc, unless you have season pass. I do think you can enable/disable stuff from the Steam client. At least that's how it looks in the DLC section with those check marks. Have not tried it yet. Check to see if dlc already obtained can be disabled.
But all in all, you will still need all updates just so you can access single and multi lobbies and play with others.

DLC Pack 3 available now in PSN for PS4/PS3. At least in Europe. I hope it won't take long for PC! Aside of the DLC, there is also an update (almost 400MB in PS3) for version 1.06 (1.07 in game). First thing I've noticed, max level is increased... Its giving me experience points. 1 million to reach lvl 86. =_=; New max lvl will be 99, which means 42 extra experience points. 7 Z-Souls: 2 From master Jaco, 2 from master Elder Kai, 1 from SSGSS Goku, 1 from SSGSS Vegeta, 1 from Golden Frieza. Outfits: Gohan's Green Suit and Roshi's Hawaian set. Accesories: Tagoma Scouter, Roshi's Set (glasses, beard, turtle shell all in one). I can hardly wait for a colourable version of this, w00t! No story quests, only parallel quests, as spected. Thats all I can say!

And leveling up to 99 is gonna take forever.

I'm disappointed there won't be any new time patrols. Well at least parallel quests are something.. I guess.. nonono I really wished for new time patrols just. That track suit looks really cool though.
