Hrm how would process look if I just want to make his 7th or 8th costume be this? I don't think I've ever done that before to be honest. Is it a matter of files you pick?

This is better than it just looks - I hate that sometimes I do parallel missions having Goku as a partner and he never goes Super Saiyan to get stronger (assuming your mod makes him stronger) and be more helpful. Thanks for that man!
