This shouldve been in the dlc xD But I modded it real quick to release it so excuse that small tiny bug around his waist. You would need to remove it in ur data1.cpk I think idk lol.
Note: YOU MUST HAVE DLC PACK 3 ALREADY IN YOUR GAME.

if its not possible than maybe il just wait for the next update that maybe contain the new chars without replacing GT Vegeta or God Goku since i dont wanna replace any of em. Maybe Ginyu Goku and a blue suit Vegeta is good for replace them but il dont know their file names either.
