Now on topic.
I'm trying to create neko eyes for CaC. Found nothing nowhere, so thought I could give it a try and make my own one.
I want to achive something like this (just the eyes), for Saiyans/Humans, and be able to recolor ingame with the game editor.
I started working from scratch from HUM_001_Face_eye.emb original file, the biggest one, and created a neko prototype instead, in Photoshop.
I thought that would be enough. So I overwrote it, then I put it back into HUM_001_Face_eye.emb, and then embpacked it back into data2.cpk.
The issue:
I found a problem, so I need help from eye modders to tell me whats missing.
When I test in game, it looks like this.
Basically I have two issues...
1) Why the original texture still appears behind, in the middle of the eye. And how to make it full black.
2) How can I make a thicker black line surrounding the outer circle of the eye so it looks fine.
Is it because I also need to edit the HUM_001_Face_eye.dyt.emb file as well?
If so, I don't really know how to work out those color bars in the textures, and where do they go placed in the eyes so that I can modify them properly.
If it involves having to do something in 3D editors then I really have no idea how to make those and I'd have to give up.
I've tried repainting the eyes several times, but the result is always almost the same. And I have no idea how to fix it.
Thats all I can think of... If any modder could tell me what do I have to do, I'd really appreciate it.

UPDATE:
I've fixed the outer black line by making the blue color smaller. Its more of a circle shape again now, which I don't like, but no choice if I want it to looks good on the outside.
But still, I can't figure how to remove the inner white lines. Tried changing colors of HUM_001_Face_eye.dyt.emb, but no luck.
Anyone knows, please?
