well, I did the tutorial step by step, and when putting it info xenoviewer i didn't see the hair model, tried to go with it and my char ended bald, any idea where i made a mistake?

When you export out of blender there is a button next too scale, click it and make sure it is white/gray instead of Dark grey/Blackish.

I'm not a bit computer wiz, but, where do I go and how do hou get the files for the hair? Before starting step one... This is a must do and a must have..!.

Can anyone please help me?.. I not sure of which software or programing to use. The steps seems simple enough, I just need the right tools. And also, I would really love it if would be able to have a ssj4 body/tail as an equipment for custom...

And also, I would really love it if would be able to have a ssj4 body/tail as an equipment for custom... you need to use libxenoverse to convert files into another to edit, can go there to download the tools you need -> dbxvmods.freeforums.net/thread/464/all-programmsto edit models you can use a free 3d program Blender (for emd files) and to edit alpha layer and colors (dyt.emb and emb) you can use Gimp, with Nvidia Plugin (not sure the name for Gimp but I assume it name is the same as Photoshop) for emm files you can use notepad or install notepad++

I think you are facing the same issue I did, try this way: In short, instead of selecting only the hair to make invisible, make ALL THE SQUARE (aside the base hair colour) and fill it with the blucket, select even the black part which separate the 2 tiers of hairs.
