I am legit impressed, what weirded me out is I just recorded a video of that same map with vegeta looking exactly like that so I was like huh? Do you mind giving me some detail in how you done it because it looks different to mine I saw vegetas hair turn gold then change shape after, like a delayed reaction. But good work, send me your vegeta hair and I will surely give it a try. i love this stage. When you say Vegeta's hair turning gold then back to normal, was that during the throw ? If so, it's normal, that's the fireball light (same thing happens with no modded vegeta) but maybe it's more noticeable after messing with my files for the mod Here is the link for the SSJ3 hair : www.mediafire.com/download/q4ct5jqx7g0zkgx/VGT_000_hair_scd.emdYour hair file doesnt seem to agree with my mods haha his hair was floating down his back and completely greyed out.

Hi guys ! I was working on this mod as well. The only thing that bothered me was the eyebrows when using SSJ3. But thanks to darkussj, now the transformation into SSJ3 is complete. Here is a video showing Vegeta turning into SSJ2 then SSJ3 (with correct hair and no eyebrows) : kthxbai if you want i can share you my SS3 hair for Vegeta (but unfortunately without animation) I am legit impressed, what weirded me out is I just recorded a video of that same map with vegeta looking exactly like that so I was like huh? Anytime, and this is what I meant about adding goku's SS3 shine effect to vegeta SS3 Before After I am very pleased with how that turned out, it made the transformation look that extra bit special . wow the ssj3 shine effect changed the look of vegeta ssj3 can't wait for the release Will be releasing this very soon, uploading a video of it and finishing up hex editing the ss3 skill into vegetas moveset. Stay tuned .

To be honest it looks fine to me, the eyebrows didnt even bother me but people kept saying SS3 has no eyebrows so I included it just to keep them happy so if they want to be picky about a few texture bugs they can happily edit it themselves so as far as I am concerned his no eyebrow look is finished and you will be getting a special thanks in my final release which looks like it could be today, at the moment I am applying SS3 goku's golden shine texture to vegeta SS3 so there will be a huge visual difference between SS1 and SS3 vegeta. I will post a before and after pic soon when its finished to show what I mean . OMG, thanks man I am really glad to be of help especially for something that no one has figured out how to do it I mean being able to go SSJ then SSJ3 isn't something that already been done until you did it, and that will change so much how people will mod the pre-made character and even CaC. so what you've done is just amazing. It actually looks pretty well nice, but still needs little tweaks especially near the ear there is either a gap or a grey part and there is something wrong with the eyeris I guess it needs either to be changed to the ssj3 goku's or changing its texture, if you found that the model needs some changing or tweaking plzz tell and I'll try and fix it To be honest it looks fine to me, the eyebrows didnt even bother me but people kept saying SS3 has no eyebrows so I included it just to keep them happy so if they want to be picky about a few texture bugs they can happily edit it themselves so as far as I am concerned his no eyebrow look is finished and you will be getting a special thanks in my final release which looks like it could be today, at the moment I am applying SS3 goku's golden shine texture to vegeta SS3 so there will be a huge visual difference between SS1 and SS3 vegeta. An update and good news for everyone, vegeta seems pretty much done but I need to fix some texture issues when turning SS3 and I need to hex edit in the SS3 skill for vegeta so everyone can use him without having to hack his moveset. So expect a release of this soon guys . Impressive great job. But i wanted to ask u if it is possible to put the ss3 transformation also for the CaC at the moment ? As stated before the SS3 transformation for CaC seems difficult, I was able to fully swap out my custom character with my SS3 vegeta however when I used the SS3 skill it only changed the hair colour, this is because the SS skills are coded differently for CaC than standard characters, so I need to find what is registering it as a CaC and disable that so it applies the hair change and not just the colour change if that makes sense.

I've tried putting files into the data2root/data/chara/PAN and GKG folders with no luck at all, nothing ever changes ingame Are the DLC char's unmoddable? No its just the DLC file is doing exactly what you are doing, your mods are getting applied then the DLC files are getting pasted over your mods thus undoing them.

Not bad but unfortunately the grey parts still show for me but its barely noticeable so good work just needs a little tweaking . thanks, and btw is it a gap or a part of the face in grey? Grey, I did a quick check and couldnt see any other colours than grey.

thanks for showing me the tutorial I found one it was just 3 min long and it wasn't about how to do it for xenoverse, now is it fixed the answer is yes but the problem is with the texture especially with grey parts, and I was afraid if it needs weight paint but it seems it is not necessary for the face. btw the ssj3 hair is a mod that swaps the normal hair with a ssj3 modded hair I believe so the grey parts won't show for you (I am just guessing) and here is the download link www.dropbox.com/s/k8p8eypf35ewqmk/VGT_000_Face_base.emd?dl=0I hope this will help Not bad but unfortunately the grey parts still show for me but its barely noticeable so good work just needs a little tweaking .

You are going to need to make some slight adjustments lol. hmm what I don't understand is Its in the same position as the default face so it must work as model swap only without renaming but due to the changes in the vertices I guess this is has to do with the skeleton, the new face must be re-skinned to the head skeleton if I am not mistaken. Yeah try looking at this modelling tutorial and see if you can connect it to the skeleton dbxvmods.freeforums.net/thread/191/model-color-editing-tutorial

Yeah that looks great, might have a slight problem of the eyebrows applying hair texture over the top but im sure a quick texture edit can fix that. Want to put a download to the model for me and I will apply it to see how it looks? Ok, now here is the link www.dropbox.com/s/k8p8eypf35ewqmk/VGT_000_Face_base.emd?dl=0 I hope it will work perfectly. You are going to need to make some slight adjustments lol.

See thats the strange problem I have, his hair fits vegeta fine and even attaches to the skeleton, but his forehead is what caused the eyes and head to float higher since goku is taller so for some reason I cant use his forehead and besides if I change it to look like goku's face then really all I am doing is a headswap it wont really be vegeta then will it? So not taking the lazy way out, I can easily throw a model together because I am actually a student and have 3D Maya but its just a little thing thats bothering other people so if someone can do that while I attempt it on custom characters then it will speed things up for me. Sooo this what I could do about the forehead is it good? Yeah that looks great, might have a slight problem of the eyebrows applying hair texture over the top but im sure a quick texture edit can fix that. Want to put a download to the model for me and I will apply it to see how it looks?

Looking closer at your video I dont think our methods are the same. You transform using the original super saiyan skill and end up with SS3 hair which leads me to believe you have simply replaced kid trunks default super saiyan hair with gotenks SS3 hair which is a simple model swap. Using SS1 on my vegeta keeps his normal SS1 hair and SS3 skill makes him have the SS3 hairstyle. So I guess if you can get your method working on a character that doesnt have a hairstyle change then you have a working method to do what I can do. And an update for everyone applying this to custom characters seems a lot harder than I thought. So I am thinking of finishing up with vegeta and cleaning up the files then will release his SS3 transformation along with a brief tutorial of my method so others can help apply it to custom characters.
