all idb files are setup the same so refer to Z-soul editing to know where its located.

use a hex to float converter for easy editing.
finding the database id relating to the skill, i am unsure of how its done.
ki is strength related or how much ki it removes.
stamina is how much stamina it uses or effects.
haven't test this its just a wild guess
