Is it possible for someone to make the time patroller outfit without a cape? I know I could put on any trunks outfit and basically get what I want, but none of them have the same stat boosts as the time patroller outfit.

Copy the CC Jacket's model over the Time Patrol Outfit, and Delete the Time Patrol Outfit's obi file.

I know I could put on any trunks outfit and basically get what I want, but none of them have the same stat boosts as the time patroller outfit. You could follow my guide and give Trunks CC outfit the same stats as the Time Patroller outfit. |

I don't, now that that is done, I want the Time Patroller stats changed, cuz I can now change it to a new outfit with another mod. And the mod that Javituchi just made goes over Trunks CC and Trunks GT. I think if I can figure out how to do more extenisive modding such as this stat changing stuff, then I will change my Time Patroller Outfit to the 4-Star Dragon Ball outfit. |

Obviously any kind of modification to the game, is not supported online officially, so I suggest not to use this souls online. But offline, use them as much as you want. |

The only stuff you can get away with Online is Renaming items, and modifying the appearance of things. So using a custom Outfit and renaming it, as long as you don't modify its stats, it fine. Same with Z-Souls.
